That means we’re often ignored for the contributions we make to our communities, even though we offer essential services like carpentry, welding or trucking. Being a woman business owner in the trade services helps break through the oldest glass ceiling. Challenging these traditional roles also expands women’s entrepreneurial skills and develops flexible careers that enable us to manage both work and family responsibilities.
