Congratulations to Patricia Kennedy, Founder of SpeakWell Youth Leadership for being the WomensNet $10,000 September Business Specific Grant recipient in the category of “Education and Child Care”.

SpeakWell is a youth leadership and public speaking program that is building students’ social and emotional learning, mental well-being and changing lives.

Patty said, “The SpeakWell curriculum was born with a goal to help every student find their voice and thrive, as students learn growth mindset, focus, wellness, leadership, social and life skills, and participate in high-profile speaking opportunities to demonstrate their leadership.”

WomensNet Business Specific Grant will help SpeakWell evolve the amazing stories from participants of the program into educational metrics so schools can see how powerful the curriculum is and incorporate it into their after-school and athletic programs.
